In KF1, Sharpshooter was the perk that would fill lobbies but now its slower, hunkering down gameplay will get it in-trouble on official maps if they aren't being protected or cautious. I also think this is why SWAT is a great perk as it gives you precision and firing rate allowing you to compensate for the Zeds not lining up. Now I think Gunslinger has replaced it as the headshot king because of its fast paced gameplay allowing players mobility to compensate for the Zeds new mobility. This is why I personally feel like Sharpshooter is now a lower tier perk when in KF1 it was top tier. In KF2, the maps are more claustrophobic or rounded and Zed movement speed has increased since players can now sprint in addition to the more spastic movement headshots have become more difficult. In KF1, maps like West London and Biolabs had hallways to funnel them through and due to their slow movement and repetitive animation, headshots were super easy. Their movement speeds and the lack of long hallways adds to this. In KF2, Zeds all have different animations and movements so to get them lined up in a line is not easy. KF1 Zeds had very little variety in movement which made the crossbow the best weapon in the game.
